Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or engage Franco Automation to provide services. They are written to be clear rather than clever. If we sign a separate written agreement for a project, that agreement takes priority where it differs from these terms.

What we do

We build and run automation systems for local businesses — AI receptionists, lead-response systems, and websites. What we deliver for you is set out in the quote or scope we agree in writing before work starts.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this website are indicative. Your final price and scope are confirmed in writing before we begin. Services are typically a monthly subscription plus a one-off setup fee, billed as agreed. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in unless we agree otherwise in writing.

What you own

You keep ownership of your own data, phone number, domain, and website. We build on tools you control so you are not locked into us — if you leave, your assets go with you.

Third-party services

Our systems rely on third-party providers (for example hosting, AI, telephony, and scheduling services). We choose reputable providers, but we do not control them, and their availability, pricing, or terms can affect the service. Their usage costs, where they apply, are passed on or set out in your plan.

What we can and can't promise

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We cannot guarantee a specific business result (such as a particular number of leads, bookings, or revenue), because those depend on factors outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and timely access to anything we need to do the work.
• Use the systems lawfully, including complying with your own privacy and marketing obligations (for example, only messaging people you are permitted to contact).

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Cancellation

You can cancel a month-to-month plan at any time; it ends at the close of your current billing period. Setup fees already paid are non-refundable once work has started.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.
